Windows Process Control
On Windows 10/11, Whiiteroom monitors system process execution. In Whitelist Mode, only approved binaries (e.g., `code.exe`, `obsidian.exe`) run — all others are terminated. In Blacklist Mode, only specified apps are restricted while everything else runs freely.
Android App Suppression
On Android, Whiiteroom restricts opening non-approved mobile apps (Whitelist Mode) or blocks only your specified distraction apps (Blacklist Mode), and blocks distracting push notifications during active focus blocks.
